Our boxes are designed to be user-friendly, but occasionally they may need to be reset. Think of it like resetting a circuit breaker after a fuse blows.
In most cases, you can re-jump the box by following these simple steps:
Unplug your modem/router.
Unplug your streaming box.
Plug the modem/router back in first.
Plug the streaming box back in second.
This should allow the box to reconnect to one of the available servers and restore proper service.
Important: Your streaming box requires an internet connection to work.
