D&B TV Entertainment is committed to providing the best experience for our customers. Please review our shipping, return, and warranty policies for all products purchased through our authorized sales channels.

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

  2. We utilize USPS and UPS for shipping. Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation and packing slip will be emailed with all tracking information.

  3. Standard shipping is complimentary with a regular purchase when no discounts have been applied.
    Customers may also choose Express Shipping (2-Day Air) for $80.

  4. We ship to all states within the United States.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price.

If the product has been opened or used but is still within the 14-day return window, a $75 restocking fee will apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

  • Used products returned within the 14-day return window will be subject to a $75 restocking fee.

  • Items with physical damage, water damage, or poor condition (including dirt, food remnants, or missing components) are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at our discretion.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Application compatibility issues

  • Customer misunderstanding of product features

Unless the issue was misrepresented or explicitly guaranteed by our team.

Return Process

  • MAC# on the back of your box

  • S/N# on the back of the box

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of the return request

2. Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Form. This form must be included inside the return package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns should be shipped to our warehouse in California, USA.

3. Processing & Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 72 hours.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

1-Year Warranty

All VSEE devices purchased through D&B TV Entertainment come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
