📜 vSeeBox Rental Agreement Terms

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between D&B TV Entertainment LLC (“Owner”) and the individual or entity (“Renter”) completing the rental form. By submitting the rental form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Equipment

The rented equipment includes the vSeeBox streaming unit (V5 or V3 model) and accessories such as a remote, HDMI cable, and power adapter. Equipment serial numbers and MAC addresses are recorded by the Owner prior to each rental.

2. Rental Options

  • 7-Day Try Before You Buy: $50 rental fee.

  • 30-Day Monthly Rental: Price may vary and will be confirmed by the Owner before payment.

  • Refundable Deposit: A $100 deposit is required before pickup or shipment. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of return if the equipment and accessories are in good working condition.

3. Payment

Payment for both the rental fee and deposit must be made in full via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App prior to delivery or pickup. No rental begins until payment is received.

4. Care and Return of Equipment

Renter agrees to:

  • Use the vSeeBox only as intended.

  • Keep the device and accessories in good condition.

  • Return all items (unit, remote, cables, and power adapter) by the due date.

  • Notify the Owner immediately of any damage or technical issues.

Failure to return the equipment on time may result in additional rental charges.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

If the equipment or accessories are damaged, lost, or not returned, the Owner may deduct repair or replacement costs from the deposit or seek reimbursement for the full value of the device.

6. Try Before You Buy Option

If the Renter decides to purchase the vSeeBox within seven (7) days of the 7-Day Try Before You Buy rental, the rental fee may be credited toward the full purchase price at the Owner’s discretion.

7. Extensions

Rental extensions must be approved in writing by the Owner before the original return date. Additional rental fees may apply.

8. Liability

The Owner is not responsible for any damage, injury, or data loss arising from the use or misuse of the equipment. The Renter agrees to hold harmless D&B TV Entertainment LLC, its owners, and representatives from any claims resulting from use of the device.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

By checking the “I agree to the Rental Agreement Terms” box on the rental form or signing a paper copy, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period.
